Campaign Reception with Iowa Secretary of Agriculture Bill Northey

Join us on Thursday, July 12th for an informal campaign event event with special guest Iowa Secretary of Agriculture Bill Northey at the Iowa Machine Shed Restaurant. Cost to attend is only $25, and light appetizers will be provided.

Secretary Northey is an exceptional advocate for agriculture in Iowa, the state’s greatest economic driver.  Bill does a great job of explaining why Iowa Agriculture is so important and why across the world, Iowa farmers are second to none.

Clive Chamber of Commerce Forum

The Clive Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the next legislative forum in our area. The Chamber has invited everyone to attend their “Legislators Coffee” event on Saturday, February 25, 2012 from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Walnut Ridge Senior Campus, second floor theatre room, located at 1701 Campus Drive, Clive, Iowa.

Along with myself, invited legislators include Senator Jerry Behn, Senator Pat Ward, Representative Ralph Watts and Representative Peter Cownie.
